Quarter 4 goals

I’ve been a little reclusive the last few months as I’ve been taking care of stuff around here, going to more therapy, and figuring out where the next few months are going to land us. This has looked different from week to week, but we have gotten rid of several car fulls of things to take to the thrift store. I’ve definitely needed the mental health care to stay grounded with some stuff going on. my second trimester diary — Autumn All Along

I’m never super sure if baby E is having a party in my stomach of my body is just having a contraction party, but whatever. or she might come a little earlier; I think it would be nice for her if she wasn’t born on Christmas week though, but I can’t imagine a better present for us either. I can’t believe I’m hitting my third trimester. I’m so, so happy that I’m feeling better, that my hair is coming back in, and I can eat a variety of foods.

life lessons from my twenties — Autumn All Along

It wasn’t because I didn’t like and eventually love him, but because I knew if I kept dating him we’d probably get married. If you’re thinking of going to therapy, don’t be like me, keep on going until you find a good fit of a counselor- don’t wait or get even more discouraged! However, I also felt like a failure that I didn’t feel 100% passionate about it either;  I wasn’t a failure, I was someone in my 20s getting my first professional job experience. Actually, no, because my thyroid issues weren’t addressed until at least two years later, but Devin didn’t really care.

vintage themed baby girl nursery — Autumn All Along

I have been day dreaming of what my baby’s nursery would look like long before I even really could fathom the idea of having a baby. This is my vintage themed baby girl nursery that I’m looking forward to putting together 🙂 . The first crib I ever saw that I fell in love with was a Jenny Lind crib, but Devin wasn’t a fan of how it looked, and I wasn’t a fan of the price tag when we have other stuff on the table. We thought this dresser would be too big for a baby, but would be great if our kids share a room in the future.
