Novak Commercial Construction is leading the construction effort for developer CSW Development. CSW is a commercial real estate development and investment company based in Austin, focusing on small to mid-size retail development projects. The design team includes Merriman Anderson Architects and Evergreen Design Group. BIG RED DOG, a division of WGI, is providing civil engineering, permitting, and construction phase services for the project.
