Since it’s Tuesday, I thought I’d share an easy taco salad recipe. Fun fact, I actually got this taco salad with ground beef recipe from my mother-in-law Because this taco salad keeps so well in the fridge and doesn’t need to be heated to enjoy, it’s also a great lunch you can prep ahead and enjoy all week. *THIS RECIPE HAS BEEN UPDATED TO IMPROVE READER EXPERIENCE*
