Last week, I did a photoshoot with Baby Aadhav (I’ll be sharing more photos soon!). For the shoot, Aadhav wore Indian clothes for the first time and I was excited to share my love for South Asian fashion with my baby boy

Right away, I knew I wanted to have our first Indian themed photo shoot with Aadhav in that outfit. When I was looking for Indian outfits to wear, I turned to Shivani who I met through Instagram. * Vision: When I decided to do an Indian wear shoot with Aadhav, I pictured in my mind something that was modern, comfortable, and very “me”! Through WhatsApp, Shivani shared photos of the outfit while it was designed, cut, and sewn to make sure I was happy with the progress.

As you know, I am a big fan of Pakistani music, fashion, and food! From watching my favorite shows like Hum Safar to designers such as Sania Maskatiya, I love learning and experiencing Pakistan’s rich history of arts and culture.
