After much searching, I did find a quick and easy no bake recipe snack that is both delicious and nutritious! I calculated the calories, fat, carbs, sugar and protein based on making 32 energy bites with this recipe. My goal in my personal diet is to keep sugars low and with these energy bites it makes it easy to have something sweet without the ridiculous amounts of sugar other options have.

In those 5 years I did a lot of different workouts, and had a personal training for almost 2 of those years and went very consistently during that time. Do not try to go as fast and as hard as the fitness professionals with Shaun T. If you try to go as hard or as fast as them, you will not be successful and it may cause more discouragement and doubt. Another way to interact with your baby while working out is to hold them for moves like squats, lay them beneath you while doing push-ups. Cooper loved doing this, although he is getting a little heavy and doesn’t like to lay still anymore, it worked for a while.
