I found this Easter egg tabletop topiary at Wegman’s completely on a whim. There was also a matching wreath and little nest with the same pastel colored eggs, but I didn’t really feel like spending all my money on Easter decor 5 decor inspo photos I found on Pinterest that I wanted to share with you! Lastly, I love this tablescape of a long board with the Easter Eggs sitting in it in a row.
That way I’m ahead so when I first arrive at my destination I’m not stressed about deadlines and I’ve got a 1-2 day leeway. So as I’m writing this on Monday night and daydreaming about today (Thursday) being the last day of work before break, hopefully nothing crazy has happened in the meantime. Anyway, the look I’m sharing today is the look I wore to see the cherry blossoms over the weekend. vibes the past year and the colors in this ribbed sweater definitely gave me those retro vibes which is what drew me to the sweater in the first place.
You may have noticed that around the various holidays I like to post tablescape and decor inspo. So when I was sent this book, Entertaining and Celebrating with food and entertaining ideas for the seasons I had a great time flipping through the book. The book has beautiful photos for decor inspiration for each season. I mean, they break down a menu for you from the amuse bouche, appetizer, entree, dessert, and even what kind of service style you should/could use!
Things, like putting in an extension or converting a space into a more useable room, are the obvious choices for interior design alterations but they’re also incredibly time-consuming, difficult, and expensive. The most important form of light for really making your home feel like a nicer place to live has to be natural light. The truth is that most of us end up hoarding things that we really don’t need rather than just being honest about what can and can’t get thrown away. You might find yourself thinking that things like this are far too simple and small to make that much of a difference to how your home really feels but the truth is that a lot of interior design comes down to psychology and, at the end of the day, human brains are kind of weird.
