Hey my friends I feel very embarrassed to admit that this will be my first blog in a loooooong time! Wow I’ve just seen the date of my last post #looser!! In my defence (a very poor defence btw) I have had the most ridiculously busy three years of my life, and if you know anything about me you’ll know that things must’ve been next level crazy busy. Where do I start hmm! Ok let’s try this

This is me when I was six months old, less than a year later my left leg was paralysed by Polio A question I used to get asked a lot was, "what do you think your life would've been like if you hadn't contracted polio? In the last thirty years the numbers of cases of polio have dropped from 350 thousand a year to thirty seven cases in 2016, and just twelve so far in 2017 largely due to the work of Rotary international and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation who have raised billions of dollars to help end polio. between 10am and 11am I will be hosting a wheelchair basketball match in Trafalgar Square featuring politicians from all parties in the UK and some GB junior players to help raise awareness of the work the UK government is doing for the polio campaign. If altruism is not your thing then bare this in mind, if we don't eradicate polio completely it's only a matter of time before this highly infectious, crippling, and potentially deadly disease returns to the UK.

The first episode is shot in Hong Kong, I'm not gonna say too much because I want you to watch it on the telly box. Hong Kong is an incredible city, for a start everywhere you go looks and feels like a hollywood movie set! During My time in Hong Kong I take a look at the huge gambling scene, experience both ends of the crazy housing market. As well as meet the street vendors who've made a living for decades, trading from their stalls set up in the cracks, and corners, between the blade runner style sky scrapers.
