I recently rediscovered it whilst in search of making myself new snacks and desserts that fit my dietary restrictions (many food allergies, vegan, eczema and health/fitness things I live by) and also wanting to save more money to reach certain goals. It’s challenging sometimes to find food that fits all of my dietary criteria, that actually tastes good, is plant-based and doesn’t cost me a gazillion dollars. In a blender (I used a Vitamix blender) add your 1 cup of frozen mixed berries. -If after you have mixed all the ingredients together, you still find you want it to be a tad sweeter, simply add a bit more of your desired sweetener to get it to your liking (
