30 seconds toe touches (like high knees, bringing your toe to the curb every time)
10 lunges each leg with front foot on the curb
30 lifted mountain climbers with feet on curb bringing your knee to the chest
My tips: Make sure to keep your back straight during toe touches, do not lean back!
Keep your knee behind your toe during the lunges
The mountain climbers are meant to be slow and controlled really engage that core!
I ran an eight minute mile (Yikes I know, trying to get my time down) before doing this workout, but all together it should only take 30 minutes.
