Until a few months ago I didn’t know a B12 shot was a thing, and now I have gotten one for three months straight! I use to buy the dissolvable tablets you put under your tongue, but like every medicine if you don’t take it regularly you can’t really notice the difference. The shot however releases B12 as your body needs it, so if you’re really low you should notice a big pep in your step within a couple days. If you’re not in SD check with pharmacies around you that do flu shots because they most likely do B12 shots too.
I LOVE stuffed bell peppers, and they’re super easy to make. Soooo I thought I would share this little recipe with you! Here’s what you’ll need: Green or Red Bell Peppers (as many as you want to eat, I usually get 4 for two of us) Start by cutting the top and inside out of the bell peppers, keeping the bottom. Make the rice in a separate pan stirring in the mushrooms once the rice is almost done.
So we all live a pretty busy life in some shape or form, and I know when I get to the point of starving I want to grab the fastest thing. Keep your knee behind your toe during the lunges The mountain climbers are meant to be slow and controlled really engage that core! I ran an eight minute mile (Yikes I know, trying to get my time down) before doing this workout, but all together it should only take 30 minutes.
