HI, I’M SKYLAR.
I’m a Philadelphia based content creator, food photographer, digital marketer, and MAJOR foodie.
My experience in content creation began in 2016 when I started my Instagram, “Enlightened Appetite” (since has been changed to @skylarsoko). I wanted a creative outlet where I could share my passion for sustainable living and plant-based eating. Through this journey, I realized how much I enjoy the process of creating content centered around healthy food and lifestyle. I love every aspect—from styling and capturing to photo editing and writing a caption. It all comes natural to me (I think it was all the years of watching the Food Network when I was younger…where’s my Emeril fans at?)
