Empower + Create challenges women to turn envy to empower and competition into collaboration. She was such an amazing support system while I was starting by blog and a huge driving force behind offering event planning + photo styling. and I had mulled over an idea of starting a female networking group, but the idea didn't come to fruition until one day Heidi Nowitzke posted on Facebook asking if there was female networking group in Wausau, WI. I recently read this post about creating the Ultimate Networking Group, and even shared it on our Empower + Create Facebook Page, because it's very similar to what we are trying to do!
