But since being a member of the Cleaning Collective for P&G, which includes Febreze products, I’ve had a lot more scent in my home than I had before. So when I was invited to attend the first ever Febreze Safety Immersion, I wanted to go because I genuinely wanted to understand what is in the Febreze products and learn about P&G’s commitment to the safety of those products. I spent a day last month at Procter & Gamble’s home care labs in Cincinnati and met a few of the scent scientists ( I learned there is more to this product than just covering up smells with perfumes (which is, honestly, how I’d always assumed it worked). I’m much more excited to use Febreze products (the ones with scents that don’t bother me) on my furniture and for general air-cleaning.
