I wanted to give her a more summery glow because… well, we all know I’m obsessed with a tan, but also I wanted to match up her chest which makes everything look more natural. Next I used Trust to fill in her brows a wee bit thicker and feather them a bit. Sometimes I even drag it down a little further to create a faux-undereye circle, It sounds crazy but I swear it looks so pretty and natural! On her lips I used the Multitasker and Indigo to create a shadow on the outer edge of the lip and Desert Sunset blush to fill.

If you’ve been following along here for very long you probably already know that I am not a big believer in beauty “rules I figure if you feel pretty that’s the goal and you’re reaching it. Buuuuut sometimes there are things that gain popularity that I think make life more complicated while also making me feel LESS pretty. If you’ve got some of your own I’d love to hear about them!

I know it bothers some to hear about people doing that kind of thing and some feel like it’s too vain or crosses the line. I often tell my makeovers to come as they are, I don’t like for all of my before and afters to be completely without makeup vs. full makeup.
