Which means it’s a year of finding joy in little things, especially as a busy mom. I have the big kid’s clock set to turn green (signaling them that it’s okay to get up) I check my email, do a little bit of blogging or social media work, and sometimes if it’s a day we have to be somewhere early, I’ll quickly do my hair and makeup. Then I pack up Hudson’s lunch (and if I have time I do Jon’s lunch for him too), and get everything ready for school.

Where is Hudson’s bunk bed from? And I love that the bunk bed is a twin over full, so that Hudson can get in bed with Sadie if he ever gets scared. Plus, I can stand on the full bed whenever I need to make Hudson’s bed, change it etc. And honestly, it’s been really hard to adjust to having three kids + staying home + blogging.

It’s been a while since I’ve shared my favorite Amazon purchases lately, so here we go! it’s a five year journal where you write just a few sentences or a quick thought to sum up your day, or something special/cute that happened that day. We’ve been reading to Hudson every day, and now he likes to “read” to Sadie at bedtime. Much to Jon’s dismay, Sadie is ALL GIRL and wants to wear pink and purple all the time. Sadie talks for Belle all the time, but it hasn’t slowed Belle down ONE BIT. Sadie’s snow photo and Belle’s photo were taken just three days apart.
