The Prism Maintenance Group Roving Technician is responsible, under the direction of multiple Property Managers and/or Regional Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of multiple physical properties. Because of the importance of assuring the successful management of the maintenance staff, the rover maintenance technician must be trained to perform the duties of the Head of Maintenance and provide support and cooperation in completing all work items. This position requires the candidate to have HVAC certification.
