Its founder, Steven Lagos, started his company when he was only 19 years old, and since then, the brand’s effortless chic allure, and exquisite craftsmanship, has captured the tastes of the chic-est customers. Because the luncheon would take place outside, on a sunny day, I decided to wear a rust-colored Derek Lam eyelet dress, which I paired with a straw hat and lots of gold! By the way, if you are in the Boca Raton or Palm Beach area today, be sure to stop by Bloomingdale’s at The Town Center to see LAGOS’s new Caviar collection, as well as to enjoy unique pieces from eight other collections that came exclusively from their New York showroom just for this event! Here are a few of my favorites: With yellow gold and turquoise here (these are great for stacking! ); with black ceramic and yellow gold here; with yellow gold and diamonds here; in sterling silver (and perfect for stacking! )

Honestly, the equestran part was a no-brainer because I immediately thoguht of this floor-length, silk skirt featuring an equestrian and pearl print. The choice for accessories came from the skirt’s print, but then I had to find a “party hat”…and what could be more party-appropriate than a tiara Well, this is not quite a tiara, rather, it is a silver choker necklace that I stretched a bit in order to wear as a headband. Headband: Silver-plated metal; Gretchen Scott Designs (here, similar here, here, here, here) You can see how I styled this skirt before here.
