The Medical Affairs Manager (MAM) at Perthera is part or the medical team that is responsible for the clinical and scientific content of Perthera Precision Cancer Analysis report (PCA). The MAM assists the Medical Director in all aspects of PCA production including research for content creation, extraction of data from medical records, report population, maintenance of the information in databases, coordination of the Medical Review Panel membership and activities, and liaison with other Perthera departments, customers, and other stakeholders about any medical issues. The MAM is expected to gain competency in managing all medical aspects of PCA report generation and communicating effectively with the others inside and outside of Perthera that contribute to or utilize the PCA report. Clinical data from collected physician notes and assists in updating monthly outcomes in a database with changes to patient condition, treatment, including deceased date when applicable.
