So for example, if you publish a blog post on Monday, as I do, only share it once on Facebook and every single day, that week, only one-time Fun Fact #2: So again, just like the blog, you only want to post the video once a day for that week that it was originally published and you don’t share the actual link of the YouTube video in the caption, but in the comments. So another way to repurpose video content is to actually take the video and turn it into an article. At the end of the day consumers feel a greater connection to a famous basketball player that they aspire to be or look up to, than they would just a “regular” shoe brand. Talk about your services or products to get people to know that you are an authority/expert in whatever space you are selling in. If you’re a student and reading this, I wish someone would have told me that one day our social media platforms would really get us jobs and/or be part of our personal brands. Stop looking at influencers like celebrities and start thinking of them as remodels who have paved the way on social so you can become ‘famous’ and make a living from creating content and speaking your voice.
It’s now more important than anything else to make sure your customer reviews are in tip-top shape before spending money on Yelp and/or Google because regardless of how much you spend if you have ONE bad review, no one will buy OR trust your business. If you’re a business owner or personal brand listen up; If you aren’t on Instagram and showing your life, you’re failing. People want authentic, real, personal experiences when it comes to working with businesses, buying from businesses or collaborating with businesses in 2020. The more you show the REAL part of you and your business, the better chance you have of staying ahead of the game and not having FOMO in 2020.
Truth is, as you already know, nothing great ever happens in our comfort zone, nothing extraordinary can grow there, no legacy can be built from such a place, and since a very early age in my life, I knew I was not made for comfort zones, I was made for more. Making small decisions that break your comfort zone pattern will prepare your mind to take bigger decisions with ease and effectiveness. As your comfort zone expands, making decisions out of your comfort zone will be second nature, because your mind would have learned by then that discomfort does not equal danger, in many instances it equals growth! Once you are ready to start getting out of your comfort zone at a bigger scale, it is time to apply the same process to your business, start small and increase in discomfort.
