In these uncertain times, we want to share with you the immediate steps we have taken to safeguard every Apex customer in hopes of preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Like many others, we have implemented the most conservative guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization and we’re continuing to monitor the advice of other local and national health organizations. We encourage anyone who has an appointment with us to reschedule if they feel uncomfortable, ill or have a family member in the household feeling ill (or who has been diagnosed with COVID-19). Additionally, Apex has worked closely with our manufacturer, Alside, to assure all material is being handled in the cleanest, safest way possible; and we’ll continue to monitor this daily.
With a brief exposure to the remodeling industry as consumers, Pauline and Rachel knew that there had to be a better way for homeowners to be able to purchase the best products for their home without breaking the bank or compromising on quality for a lower price. Because of their unwavering demand for excellence, we quickly found alignment across all areas of execution; from our core values like passion and innovation, to the tireless pursuit to only offer the best products & customer experiences. Apex’s emphasis on minimizing our global footprint, providing sizable energy savings to people that share in our vision, as well as the desire for quality and sensibly-priced residential windows has already struck a chord with many homeowners in the Boise market—as it has in all 18 of Apex’s other markets across the country We can’t wait see the impact these two have on the lives of the people they hire to build their team, the homeowners who’s quality of living is improved by our products, and the growth they see in themselves as they build their business together.
— Apex Energy Solutions, a dealer for next-generation window and eco-friendly building products, today unveiled an app that allows potential franchisees, customers and employees to explore the Apex story through a digital Victorian-style pop-up book. The cinematic app features realistic, interactive pages with tabs to pull, flaps to open and more, all accompanied by an original soundtrack. The Apex Pop-Up Book app tells the Apex story by reacting to users’ fingertips, allowing them to turn pages and watch pop-up features take shape. Its sales force is armed with the Loupe® smart phone sales app, which was created in-house, and its in-home demonstrations have long featured tablet-based, interactive presentations that replace the binders and folders used by many Apex competitors.
