It's actually fun to look back on this now, and reminded me that I should probably make a new list for a new year! I've done so much work over the past few years on my wardrobe, and I do a better job of wearing the things I like (instead of 'saving' them in my closet), but I could definitely keep doing it, and not reserving dresses and skirts for special occasions only. In my new apartment, there's a wall where I'd love to have a painting of my favorite road in Hawaii, but haven't found one I love. My sleep schedule varies, but I've been much better about it this year than in the past.
I recently have begun running again after a long haitus, and a friend asked about my mini fanny-pack that so perfectly fits my phone and ID. Before, I used to run wearing running pants with a small zipped pocket in the back, but that was small enough to fit just my ID and maybe keys. It's basically a teeny tiny "fannypack" that fits just about everything you need for a run. Even with these items, it sits so lightly on your waist,It doesn't slide or ride where it doesn't belong.
Here's a dare I've taken on that people have noticed. I've gotten compliments on my glowing skin, and some have asked me what I'm up to
Today, I took advantage of this cool June morning to cover three miles with a new partner: I've finally started using Charity Miles --an app that logs your distance and You don't have to pay a thing; the app's sponsors take care of the donations (the sponsor for my run today was Johnson & Johnson, so their image appeared in the background for the duration of my run. During this morning's run, I raised 75 cents for I chose that charity because, on Running Day last year, I ran for the FEED Foundation. dare you to use the Charity Miles app Dare you to make miles count! ! Go get moving on your own, or, if you want to find a group run near you, check out RunningDay.org on Facebook and find a group for you.
