As one of my “love yourself” goals in 2019 is skin care, I found it very interesting, and rather timely, that Lance Sprewell sent me this article, about the best way to achieve a glass skin by following a simple 7 step routine. The number of steps varies, but this is how you should do it to get the best results: Step 1: Oil-based cleanser – Start with removing impurities and irritants that may clog your pores and lead to breakouts. Your oil-based cleanser removed most of the makeup you had on, but to make sure nothing is stubbornly clinging to your face, follow it up by a water-based cleanser. And remember, a good skin care routine isn’t about the number of products you use; it’s about how you commit to them.
Last year, when I shared my digi bujo to everyone, some friends thought that my template and system makes sense, somewhow. I premade them in 3 different colors that I use interchangebly: I use one single digi bujo for everything, so I didn’t have to look up to different bujos for conflicts on dates and tasks. To make everything less confusing at one glance, I made use of different color codes – black for personal, blue for work, etc. and distribute tasks evenlu throughout the week. * I made use of different color codes to differentiate the tasks to various categories such as for work, personal, birthdays, etc.
So for this year, I’ll prioritize 3 main goals – financial, photography, and skin care. And the rest of my other goals goes to my “Side Goals,” of which they may or may not be completed by the end of the year. When you are listing out goals for the year, do not forget to have at least one or two “love yourself” type of goals. Aside the my three main goals above that I am to prioritize for the year, I will put the other goals on the side and do them as time permits.
The year is almost ending, so it’s time for my year end goal review. This one was one of my priority goal this year, and thankfully, I met this one. Aside from the goals that were listed above, I’ve added another goal around April – a “love yourself” type goal. I made this goal my top priority for the year because it’s health related
