Last week, I finally got to try something I’ve been interested in for a while – a juice cleanse. I really like cold press juice and I’ve tried a few other types of “diets” before (Paleo, Whole 30, Cabbage Soup…), so I thought it might be cool to see what a cleanse would be like

Val d’Isère is a ski resort village in the French Alps very close to the Italian border. Several travelers to Val d’Isère who weren’t even staying in the hotel visited the spa because of it’s reputation. Nick and I got massages to end our week of skiing and I’d highly advise some sort of treatment at the end of any longer ski trip 😀 Guys, I cannot talk up the food from this area enough.
