Especially if you’re apart of #fitfam on Instagram it’s hard to find someone with a fitness/food account who doesn’t compete. To start off, if your only reason to competing is to obtain that body you shouldn’t compete because well… It ain’t staying long. It’s difficult to balance friends during prep because a lot of your time is spent meal planning and at the gym and you’re just damn exhausted plain and simple. Prep however was hard on my relationship due to the fact it was hard to plan dates around my schedule and we couldn’t go out to eat, low carbs makes a girl kinda crazy lol #prepfeels, and boyfriends never like when their girl loses her curves let’s be real.

This morning I woke up and decided to kill my hamstrings so heres my hamstring workout for today!
