Feeling very festive over here on Christmas Eve Eve!!!!! My cardboard and caulk/foam gingerbread house is still going strong and I can’t wait to bring it out every year!! There were some touch and go moments making it for sure, where I questioned every decision I’ve ever made ESPECIALLY when my hands were covered in foam (that didn’t come off for days.) It has been so fun to see all of the cardboard houses you’ve been making!!!! Love you guys!!! 🎄🥰🎄

Such a surreal moment we are living in 😳☺️ I wish I could say I never thought I’d be in Times Square on a giant billboard, but that little 10 year old dreamer Candis SURE DID 🤣🥰 (I CAN honestly say I never thought it would be for a TV show, I thought it would be for one of my many business ideas/inventions, haha!) I’ve had so many moments in life that have been overwhelming and amazing—becoming a mom when I was told I would never be able to be one, meeting my soulmate in Andy after some really difficult seasons of life, sharing what I love so much with so many of you and creating something I’m truly proud of…and now we get to finally share with so many more!! Thank you all of the love, the support and the kindness you’ve shown us! And a special thank you to @joannagaines and @chipgaines for believing in us and for everything you have done to bring this all to life! See you January 8th on TV!!!!! I have wanted to do my own tinsel tree FOREVER, ever since seeing a black and white antique sketch of a Christmas tree when I was little. I’ve never gone for it until this year in the school and I LOVE IT so much!!! 🎄❤️🎄 It was surprisingly super easy and so inexpensive. I used extra big bunches/pinches of tinsel, kept them super straight as i draped them over the tips of the branches and went with “more is more”. Also, Will has turned into a full grown man child, swipe to see. He was the last man standing on decorating day. This was a very special episode to make. I cry every time I watch it, so you’ll have to watch it for me 🥰🥲 My grandpa passed away in 2019 and the world will never be the same, but my Grandma Mary has long been my rock and safe place, so to be able to create a little cottage for her down at the school was very special. Can’t wait for you to see her “shocking” colors she picked!! She’s one of a kind!! I love you so much, Grandma!! The whole 1st season is streaming now, and I have to say…while producing, editing, filming, designing and everything in between…it felt like no one would every ACTUALLY see what we made. The finale episode is streaming now and we feel alllll the emotions. While editing the show we thought about not including our real thoughts about the project overall, there have been a lot of ups and downs, but we are so glad we did and so happy to call this place home!
