(fresh is always best) 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 18 chicken tenderloins (or whatever your family will eat 🙂 Marinate for at least a couple hours but up to 24 works great too! I like to use chicken tenderloins or slice my chicken breasts into thin slices so they can absorb more marinade and they don’t take as long to cook. 1 c. brown rice (any type but sweet brown rice is delicious) Add first 4 ingredients to a sauce pan & bring to a boil over a high heat. Allow for 45 minutes to 1 hour to cook or until rice has absorbed all the liquid.

probably like many people who have  been trying to drink more water, but find that it’s hard because water is too boring! A good rule of thumb with drinking water is to try and drink half of your body weight in ounces per day. The strainer in the middle doesn’t allow for the fruit and herbs to get in the way while you’re drinking. (I love to add fresh or frozen berries, any citrus (orange, lemon & lime), cucumbers, mint, watermelon, etc..
