One Room Challenge (Week 2): New Plans + Shower Stall Makeover

Well guys, it’s only the second week of this challenge and I’m already wondering what I have gotten myself in to and whether or not I will be able to finish this one in time. Will this be my first failed One Room Challenge?? I sure hope not–but no lie, I’m a little worried! In case you missed last week’s post, I announced that I plan on giving our master bathroom a budget industrial farmhouse refresh for this season of the One Room Challenge

Simply Beautiful By Angela

Now that we are officially in the second week of April, I figured that it would be a good time to finally share a spring home tour with you guys, don’t you think? Just like at Christmas, I debated whether or not I wanted to do a tour at all this year since there are so many unfinished projects laying around. However I know that when I peek back at these later on it will be so much fun to see the changes

One Room Challenge (Week 1): The Plans

and I’ve used it to transform some of my favorite rooms at our old house–the master bedroom, master bath, living room and Lucas’ room. . I’m going for a industrial farmhouse style and I created this mood board to show you guys what I plan this space to look like when I’m done. I am going to frame out the existing mirror to mimic this barnwood mirror which will add some nice texture and contrast above the white vanity and will be a lot cheaper than buying a new mirror. So for now I’ve decided to go with this affodable yet pretty sheet vinyl that has a really pretty hex tile pattern on it.

Canvas Photo Print + A Giveaway!

I’m soooo happy that you dropped by on this very special day because not only do I get to chat about my favorite canvas photo printing company, I also get to give away a FREE canvas to one of my lucky readers! I’ve worked with Canvas Factory in the past and absolutely love the quality of their canvas photo prints. When you go to their website and begin creating a canvas print the first thing that you will do is choose your style. Canvas Factory has kindly offered to give a 16″ x 20″ canvas print to one of my lucky readers for free!
