I've gotten a TON of DM requests for a post on gaining confidence in the gym and battling the oh so dreaded GYM INTIMIDATION! it's a real thing, and here's how to deal , or feeling anxious about going to the gym and working out in front of other people, is a super common feeling to experience. When I Go to the Gym, I Feel Alone or Singled Out Going to the gym and feeling singled out is super real. It can stem from Intimidation #1 (not knowing what to do in the gym) or it can take the form of聽feeling embarrassed to perform certain exercises in the gym that may look weird to others.
For example, if you purchase oats in bulk, you not only save money in comparison to if you bought the same amount of oats from your regular grocery store, but you also don't have to buy oats for a while since you have such a large quantity. If you're in need of a healthy dinner, just pop a frozen serving of salmon into the fridge the night before you want to eat it (or you can defrost via the microwave the day of! ) and cook up some brown rice from your stocks! You're able to stretch out the same ingredients into more meals, which means you don't have to go back to the store as often, which means you're spending less money on groceries as a whole! This is pretty simple: if you're laying in bed at 10pm聽craving cookies, but you have no cookies in your home, then you're probably not going to be able to feed your craving with cookies.
