Among Procore’s many benefits, the use of real-time labor productivity tools is one of the highlights for us. These tools streamline communication, document the construction process, and keep all relevant parties in the loop in real-time. Superintendents are able to use Procore to attach answered RFI’s directly to the drawings that keep communication streamlined and up to date for trade partners. Daily Logs – Daily Logs are a critical tool for our Superintendents to track manpower logs and make notations of site visitors, deliveries, and even phone calls made on any specific day.
Ben Settle joined the Gbuild team in 2019 as Project Superintendent. Prior to joining our team, Ben worked for 13 years on design/builds as designer and Site Superintendent and owned his own business. Those traits combined with his ability to skillfully communicate with owners, architects and trade contractors make him a great asset for Gbuild and for our clients. Gbuild works with many different clients in various industries – Higher Education, Pharma/Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Corporate clients.
Our team has grown over the last 12 years with a team that includes a variety of backgrounds ranging from Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction Management, to relevant field experience that includes Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Higher Education, and technically complex projects. The Nest Gbuild has significant experience with technically complex healthcare projects including ambulatory surgery centers, radiology suites, emergency departments, operating suites, and equipment installations including CT/PET Scanners, MRI, and X-Ray. Our experience working in the Pharmaceutical and Life Science Industries is extensive and includes cGMP warehouses, clinical primary and secondary packaging, cGLP Laboratories, equipment installations, manufacturing and R&D facilities. Our experience provides us with the knowledge to support the owner’s Qualification & Validation processes – often shortening this duration by utilizing documentation that is coordinated and used to support the owner’s Validation efforts.
