IMPAQ Health Experts to Present at the GSA Scientific Meeting IMPAQ’s Health experts will present and exhibit at the Gerontological Society of America Annual Scientific Meeting in Orlando, FL from November 18-22. Healthy Howard Community Care Team (CCT), composted of community health workers and nurses, teaches county’s super-utilizers of healthcare the skills needed to better manage chronic conditions, improve health, and avoid hospitalizations. Dr. Rekha Varghese and Dr. Leanne Clark-Shirley will present their poster, Partnerships of ADRCs: Findings from the National ADRC Study Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC), a collaborative effort of Administration for Community Living (ACL) and Federal partners, are visible and trusted sites providing older adults and individuals with disabilities access to long-term services and supports (LTSS).
