One of the things I have been doing to stay sane is playing with this cute little Cricut Joy machine! With the Cricut Joy Card Mat, cards are so quick + simple to create. Here is the thing though, this machine can cut 50+ materials, it can draw and write, it can cut mat-less with certain materials, it works amazing with the Cricut app and Bluetooth, + it is so easy to transport inside or outside of the home. With the Cricut Joy, you can create your own projects, or use projects that are ready to be cut.

Make sure you have all of the cut pieces out of the card, and then you can insert the cardstock insert into the back of the card. Using the Cricut Joy to create them is so easy because you can take the machine right to the kitchen and cut the labels without a mat, and put them right onto the buckets. Once cut, you’ll weed the design with the weeding tool, apply transfer tape, cut the design apart, then The Cricut Joy can cut a 48″ design repeated up to 5 times, cutting a 20′ design.

I finally feel like we are in a pretty good place with school right now. We have found a balance where some teachers help, my husband helps with math, I help with history and a little bit of science, and we are keeping up…at least for the one that needs the most help.
