Then line up the right measurement so the cut line is parallel to the left of the saw blade, then rotate the miter to the right 45 degrees. Then, put your saw back to 0 degrees and line up your left measurement so it is just right and parallel to the saw blade. Line the right measurement up to just left of the blade, then rotate 45 degrees to the right and cut. Then for the two 15” pieces, align the blade to the outside of the line on the short side of the pieces, rotate the blade to the short side 45 degrees and cut.
I am a bit upset that I didn’t know about it sooner. Here’s what I did— I used this de-personalization exercise as an excuse to buy some new artwork from Smallwood Home Signs. I bought a few big pieces using a great discount code and within a week or so, I started hanging up really cute signs that I will absolutely use again in our new home. I felt like even if the house wasn’t 100%, vacuuming the floors made everything look just a little bit better.
Everyone will love what you brought to the party and you’ll spend virtually no time making them! You can find almost two dozen over here at 20 Yummy No Bake Dessert Recipes.
Before you tell me how unhealthy 90% of casseroles are, I totally get that we don’t eat them every night because they aren’t the healthiest option, but sometimes, this mom just wants to be nostalgic, enjoy her favorite potato pot pie casserole, and enjoy only making one hot thing at night. The next time you’re looking at a recipe, consider an Italian sausage or Kielbasa for those casserole recipes that are red sauce based rather than cream of [chicken/mushroom] or sour cream based. Use them up and make a pseudo lasagna or if you don’t have spaghetti sauce, use Picante sauce with noodles, ground beef, and cheese. As you look at each recipe, consider how you could prep them ahead of time, stage the ingredients for when you arrive home, or what you could make using ingredients on sale!
