You won’t be needing to search up the usual stroke recovery time after you’ve pulled your shoulder muscles and now it feels like your head is pounding, but you might need to head to a doctor to see about the pain you’re feeling in your wrist, especially if it looks or feels a bit misshapen after you’ve been weight lifting, or got a bit too erratic during your HIIT class that evening.
The splints refer to the pain you can get in the front of your lower legs after you’ve been getting your heart racing, and if you’re someone who uses their legs in a lot of high action sports, there’s a good chance you’ve experienced them in the past.
If you do experience shin splints, make sure you get plenty of rest after you’ve been up and about, and be sure to keep an ice pack in the fridge.
If you’ve been out running, and twisted your ankle along the way, or you’ve been swimming too hard and now your foot is cramping throughout the rest of the day, there’s a good chance you have a sprain you’re not aware of.
