Following Elodie Boutique‘s spring refresh event last Saturday, I felt inspired to refresh part of my wardrobe, mix up the hair and give my skin the extra love it needed. I made an appointment with Beth at Douglas J who is married to Jason who just cut my hair (yep, I’ve got the power couple in charge of my hair! ) Then, she used red light therapy to help calm my skin (it’s sensitive and prone to redness) and then she applied an antioxidant serum to hydrate my skin. Quite the spa treatment and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for deep clean for your skin and a little refresh!
Spring Refresh event, both dressed in cozy looks with some spring inspiration, but it really was cold and hard to fully embrace my favorite spring trends on a cold, un-spring like day. Four Spring Bag Trends (and affordable versions to shop) Michigan weather isn’t feeling like spring, but I for one am ready to bare my legs in bohemian dresses and test out a few bag trends to get me into the spirit of the new season. But I made sure to take advantage of Monday’s mini heat wave by tossing on a pretty spring dress for an evening out with Matt.
