Well, I just couldn’t find a better title than “Enzzo’s last trip”, and the reason is because, literally, soon Enzzo will be taking his last trip with us. Enzzo was a crazy dog, I say crazy because it was close enough, but a nice kind of crazy. His well being is one of the main reasons why we almost didn’t take trips this year, and also because I haven’t been feeling like posting on social media as often as I used to. : Verona to Pisa Day 3: Pisa – Livorno (ferry) – Sardinia Day 4 to day 9: Sardinia Day 10: Sardinia – Livorno – Casole d’Elsa Day 11: Casole d’Elsa Day 12: Casole d’Elsa to Garda Lake Day 13:
♦ Not every circuit allows strollers: Hockenheim doesn’t (even though I saw many families taking strollers) so we took the baby carrier, which ended up being very practical to walk among the crowd; ♦ To make the most of your time at the Grand Prix with your baby, here are a few of our personal tips: ♦ Dedicate some time to play with your baby; ♦ Watch out for the nap and feeding times: don’t let the excitement distract you from your baby, you don’t want to have a grumpy little one exactly when the race is about to start or when your favorite driver is about to make pole position; ♦ Australian GP: allows babies Bahrain GP: allows babies Chinese GP: advises not to bring children under 3 Azerbaijan GP: babies are not allowed Spanish GP: allows babies Monaco GP: allows babies Canada GP: allows babies France GP: allows babies Austrian GP: allows babies British GP: allows babies German GP: allows babies Hungarian GP: allows babies Belgian GP: allows babies Italian GP: allows babies Singapore GP: allows babies (a form needs to be signed by the parents and given to the circuit’s event organizer freeing them from the responsibility of risks) Russian GP: allows babies Japanese GP: allows babies USA GP: allows babies Mexico GP: allows babies Brazilian GP: babies are not allowed Abu Dhabi GP: allows babies, though a full price ticket is required (! ! ! ). Previous to our decision on taking Baby M to a Formula 1 Grand Prix, I’ve searched the entire web for some tips and honestly didn’t find as many as I’d liked, so I hope this post can help all the parents fans of Formula 1 out there who would like to take their little one along to a race weekend.
During our two-week trip to Cuba, we only stayed at Casas Particulares, not only because they were cheaper than hotels, but rather because it’s the best way to have an authentic experience in the country. It’s also a wonderful way to get to know the locals and interact with them, to get some valuable insider tips, and to have someone you can count on in case you need any assistance
I know, I know, there are endless blog posts on the web where you can read about the innumerous things you can do in Paris, even here on the blog you can find quite a few: 20 things worth doing in Paris, Paris with a baby: what you need to know, 15 romantic things to do in Paris, which is one of the most popular here on Packing my Suitcase, among others. If I ever had to choose 10 from the endless things to do in the city, these would be my 10 must do’s in Paris (in no particular order), and what’s interesting about this list is that every time I’m back, I do 100% of these activities EVERY SINGLE TIME, in a way or another: Here are some of the best places to admire the Eiffel Tower for free: the Trocadéro, Champs-de-Mars, Rue Saint-Dominique, the Seine river from bridges like Iena and Alexandre III, Rue de L’Université, Place Nadar in Montmartre, Printemps Haussman and Galeries Lafayette rooftops, the Bir-Hakeim bridge, Avenue de Camoëns, Rue Berton, Place de Mexico, Avenue du Président Wilson Walking along the banks of the Seine river means you will be able to see several important attractions of Paris along the way: Place de la Concorde, Île de la Cité, the Louvre, Musée D’Orsay, Île Saint Louis, Conciergerie, the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, and many, many more.
