Knowing You Have Gifts Is Not Enough First, acknowledging that we have spiritual gifts and confessing it with our mouth is only the beginning. As You Can, When You Can Since our gifts are meant to be given away, be willing to give of your blessings (yourself, your time, and your spiritual gifts) as you can (2 Corinthians 8:12), giving generously as you determine in your heart to give (2 Corinthians 9:7). But when you feel the Holy Spirit’s nudge to take that step of faith and begin sharing spiritual gifts as God intends, keeping these 5 godly principles in mind will allow you to be a tremendous blessing to the body of Christ! If you are new to the idea of spiritual gifts, you can read about them in this post, The Beginners Guide To Spiritual Gifts.
If a woman has an abortion she should be told that immediately following her abortion she will get to meet her unborn child in death (other words, be killed just as she killed her child). I know we all want to justify and believe our sin is better than someone else’s sin What’s more, we should follow God’s example and hate the sin (regardless of the sin) but love the sinner. If we aren’t speaking in God’s love to others, wah-wah-wah-wah-wah is what they are hearing.
Using the sword to encourage and speak God's truth You are here: How To Identify Your Spiritual GiftsHow To Identify Your Spiritual Gifts God hand-picks at least one gift for each of us because we are all vital to his kingdom. When the time is right, Holy Spirit will begin to reveal your gifts to you
At the same time though, it caused me so much stress that I began to dread going to church because it revealed the areas I just wasn’t good at, certainly didn’t enjoy, but felt guilty walking away from. I’m pretty good at sucking it up and soldiering on and that is what I did while inside pleading with Jesus to fix whatever was broken in me that wouldn’t let me be good at or enjoy the various serving areas I had been trying. Because Holy Spirit gives these gifts as he wills (1 Corinthians 12:11), you can’t hand pick, buy, or do anything to get a particular spiritual gift. We aren’t told specifically but it appears that some are given at birth, some when you give your life to Christ, and some any time Holy Spirit determines they are needed to fulfill a particular purpose.
