Ok truth be told, I really do my makeup the same every single time I do it, and I don’t reallllly know how to do it any other way. Today, it’s bad weather outside, and I am also a little under-the-weather. Chop up cauliflower, toss in 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper. Grab a blender, and toss in the roasted cauliflower, cooked spinach, and baked potato. Throw in the garlic and shallot, almond milk, and a little bit of water.
Today I am sharing with you guys my FAVORITE pesto recipe (besides the fact I ditched the real parmesan! ! ). It’s super healthy, and you can top this off of spaghetti squash, veggies, meats, or even as a salad dressing- seriously anything! Vegan Parmesan (I used GoVegan, not that necessary though) Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend up. You will need probably a bit of water to make it all blend together, so add in some water, too.
