And the problem with that, although it’s obviously great to have said clean kitchen counter, is that I forget about stuff. Once I realized that I was totally ignoring one of my most magical kitchen tools (read more about the super spiralizer here), I decided to dust it off and keep it proudly displayed on my counter. Pop your nuts on the pan and toast them up for about 1-2 minutes, then add the rolled oats, dried fruit and coconut sugar and mix everything together on the heat for another 2-3 minutes. Plop a generous amount of coconut yogurt on top of your apple pasta, then dump on the stovetop granola, sprinkle on as much cinnamon as you desire and BOOM!
