This week was a rough one for our family so I could not be happier that it’s finally Friday!  Next week is Spring Break for my kids & we have a busy, but fun schedule that we’re all looking forward to. I’ve been getting lots of questions lately about what I’ve purchased since my shopping freeze ended. So I thought I would share a couple of those items with you today

Nothing beats the rush of finding something you’ve been eyeing on sale & snagging it before it’s gone for good. I’ve learned the hard way to buy in advance for the spring & summer months (even though it’s still in the 40’s here most days) – because if you wait until the weather actually cooperates, all the best pieces will be out of stock

Let’s be honest – skinny jeans will probably never go out of style and I, for one, won’t be abandoning mine completely…but there’s something that feels so fresh about a slightly different silhouette for spring. Less restrictive, more modern and yet still figure-flattering, these are the best options for any shape (in my opinion)! JCPenney recently provided me with a gift card to shop, so I thought it would be fun to share with you what I got (I was not paid to write this post, I just genuinely loved what I found!)
