This number is increasing because tax preparation software like Credit Karma Tax and TurboTax 2020 are reducing the barriers to self-prepared returns. Credit Karma Tax can handle a variety of tax situations beyond the most basic, but not as many as TurboTax. Can I file my tax return on my mobile device or tablet with Credit Karma Tax and TurboTax? Can Credit Karma Tax and TurboTax staff help answer my tax questions?

And so we’re going to talk a little bit to Toni today about how we can improve our marriages, how money works into all that and how we can really just move forward. You know, that if you have kids, you’re going to be having some difficult conversations about what you’re going to do with parenting and how each of you are going to spend time with your kids. There’s financial stresses that go along with splitting, like if you’re splitting because of money, it’s a hard place to be splitting means that you take your existing income. And oftentimes people don’t come talking to us, because we’re talking about money often, until things are really bad.

But what I think can help in that situation is that, and I know in listening to some of your stuff, I know you, you deal with this a lot with, with folks that you’re talking to and helping along the path is that we kind of get the the siphon of how the money comes out of the bank account. And for folks to understand if the spirit is guiding your life, there is not going to be certain amounts for each person that we can say, this is the rule, but you’re going to know if the spirit is guiding you that, Hey, let’s turn that upside down and say, instead of spinning a lifestyle first, let’s make that what we spend on what’s left over after we give. And I think as you were saying, talking about this analogy, the father and son thing, I can’t help, but think like with my, with my son, six years old at this point, and, uh, he wants to keep riding his bike in the street and like, no, you’re gonna stay on the sidewalk. Well, I think again, you’re coming back to mindset and focus that we’re talking about earlier, when you change your mindset and you think about things from God

Then, when it’s all said and done, we even chatted about this idea before the podcast, I actually recruited a team and said, “Let’s pray that God puts the right book in the right hands at the right time,” so that then a book sold, isn’t a book sold. Because, if we don’t, at the end of the day, what we’re remember is rush-hour traffic, the person that we work with that maybe wasn’t quite as courteous as we had hoped, the insult on social media, and we accumulate all of this stress and anxiety, instead of really having a mindset towards, okay, what is the moment today? Well, I mean, we’re cut from the same cloth because there is … Listen, I think relationally, physically, spiritually, all of those are areas I’ve tried to grow in over the years, but I have to say it’s financially that we’ve had some of the most fun and we’ve got to make those decisions that really position us for the way that God wants to bless us. : I think it’s just important that we recognize, I love taking little steps of faith and then seeing the way that God honors those and the way that sometimes those then, those small steps of faith turn into giant leaps.
