I struggled with this too, which is why I set out on a mission to find some recipes I could meal prep that are so delicious and nutritious, I wouldn’t mind skipping on lunch out. I wanted to find recipes that could take me through my whole day at the office which would include breakfast, lunch and a midday snack. Toss the chickpeas with the curry powder, 1 teaspoon of oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of black pepper in a medium bowl. Then, add in the vegetables and beans and sauté for 3-5 minutes to lightly cook the veggies so that they are still crunchy. To make the lemon tahini dressing, whisk together the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and water in a small bowl or jar. There is a stigma surrounding tap water and its health benefits, but it’s been found that a majority of the tap water in the United States is safe to drink. This is a pro because not only is tap water safe to consume, it’s a cheaper alternative to purchasing expensive water machines, or constantly repurchasing water bottles. These minerals have been deemed a health benefit for people to consume since your body cannot naturally produce said minerals on its own. I Am More Than A Mother, My Thoughts On Motherhood

When I became a mom, I realized how hard us moms are on other moms, which is completely counterproductive. Whether a mom chooses to go to work or chooses to stay at home with her kids, it’s her decision and she should be able to do whatever makes her happy. While some moms may seem like they have the perfect child, perfect family and perfect life, there are always struggles going on behind closed doors.
