I have been wanting to write this post for a while now, but knew it would take some time to sit down and really think through this. We had our kids 12 months apart, 12 months and 12 days, to be exact

We had a great, busy weekend! We’ve decided that we want to do nothing next weekend! But guys, before I talk about the weekend, I have to tell you about something that happened last week. They were able to feed the animals, eat a huge soft pretzel, check out the pumpkins, and go on the tractor ride.

I wanted to compare the pictures we took last fall because they were exactly one year ago from the pictures we took this past weekend. Anyway, this year, my sister came and took a couple pictures for us She looks like she’s Beckham’s age! ! We took about 100 more pictures, but those are my favorites!

I am sure I will be complaining about the cold weather here in a few months, but I’m going to try not to, because I have been longing for a break from the heat for quite a while now. We went and bought the kids puffer jackets this weekend We decided to let the little ones paint pumpkins, while the adults carved. I ended up staying busy keeping Scotti out of trouble, and Jared ended up doing all the carving for us!
