Perry arrived to Miami rated as a four-star recruit and the seventh-best dual threat quarterback in his class, Weldon was a three-star player, and Williams signed with the Hurricanes a few months ago rated as a four-star recruit and the fifth-best pro-style signal-caller in his class by the 247Sports’ composite ranking system.
