We have been so blessed by great people supporting us, many who have been on the team for 10, 15 and even 19 years. In 2016, we changed our long-term BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) to donate $1M back to local nonprofits in an effort to help better our communities and end the cycles of poverty. In addition to our financial pledge, our team members are encouraged to contribute their time, with a provided 48 hours of annual paid time off for volunteerism.
