I personally love to use a gradual tanning moisturiser to keep my skin hydrated as I love that with a hint of colour Did you know that an SPF 50 protects only 2-4% more than an SPF 30? Plus I find applying a foundation or tinted moisturiser with SPF to your face shouldn't feel as oily as applying a general sunscreen. When I drink my daily intake of water I notice a major difference in the texture of my skin and general well being when I try my best to drink plenty of water each day and coconut water because it's delicious and nutritious (Currently loving Raw C Coconut water).
I woke up this morning to a cold snap and I ideally wanted to snuggle in my cozy blankets a little longer but worked beckoned Forever New ebony cape on this morning when I peeled myself away from my warm bed (it's not even winter yet, I'm just being a sook). Anyways what I am wanting to say is It's the perfect piece for being cozy at home or heading out on a cooler day or night and also being comfortablely fashionable! - - - FOREVER NEW EBONY CAPE, FOREVER NEW ROSIE JEANS & ZU SHOES
I have recently been lusting over all the MBFWA (Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia) posts all over my instagram feed this past week. This season I have also been obsessed with pastel blue (blue is my favorite as you may have read on my blog as I feature it quite a lot in many shades). I styled this Finders Keepers pastel blue suit (coming soon) back with a loose fit striped turtle neck & black accessories for a dressy/casual look that could be worn to the office or out to lunch. - - - MISSGUIDED SUNGLASSES, FINDERS KEEPERS BLAZER, BARDOT TOP, FINDERS KEEPERS PANTS, TARGET HANDBAG & BILLINI SHOES
As the weather has been quite cold here on the Gold Coast the past couple of weeks (plus surrounding areas no doubt) it means I have been grabbing for darker colours when styling my outfits..for some reason my brain instinctively thinks I will be warmer in those.. which really isn't true at all! When I think of neutrals they include white, grey and different shades of brown and beige. Wearing these tones in lush knits, cosy jackets styled back with white pants or even a blue wash denim can be a fresh take on a dreary winters day.. - - - BESPECED FRAMES, RMK SHOES, O.P.I NAIL POLISH, JOLIE & DEEN JEWELLERY & DOLICHE TOP
