The Product design engineers will develop detailed step-by-step work instructions videos to facilitate assembly line operators and assembly inspectors to ease the workload. The client was facing challenges with longer lead times in the assembling HVAC products due to a lack of engineering knowledge amongst line operators, production workers, and inspectors. Enventure developed a system that produces step-by-step interactive videos using 3D models for all complete array of products manufactured by the client. Enventure will set up a team of dedicated product design engineers who will develop a system with the set of assembly operations to show in each product model and then render action diagrams with animations to explicitly depict the operations required to assemble each part.

– Enventure has been awarded an order by a large mining company in the ANZ region to standardize their MRO Data during its migration to SAP systems. The scope for project includes providing MRO Data Excellence services such as Data Standardization, Enrichment, and Governance to achieve supply chain efficiencies. – Enventure has been awarded a contract to develop a comprehensive strategy to optimize MRO inventory and conduct data quality exercises followed by implementing a data governance mechanism for a US-based largest preventative maintenance and repair company specializing in the F&B industry. As part of the scope, Enventure will develop an MRO data modeling framework and implement strict data rules to deliver the utmost data quality and control on MRO Inventory. The major functions benefitted by this activity are Plant Operations and Maintenance, Production and Scheduling, Inventory, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning. Due to such inaccurate data, the number of duplicate / obsolescence / non-moving materials increased day by day resulting in high inventory costs, wrong procurement and raising maverick purchases.
