When it comes to winning the responsible award, often we could call these individuals ”forces of invisible productivity” because they just get the job done right with incredible consistency. Rachel took the initiative to collect feedback from her peers at annual review time, which allowed her to reflect on her past performance and get a different set of feedback from her peers. If we can all just trust each other to get the job done to the best of our ability with no excuses, we can all work more efficiently and focus on the things that have a big impact. I try to focus on making time to think bigger picture, and CREATING strategic work for myself and the brand instead of just doing what is assigned to me.
