Runs on Espresso is about finding balance and supporting others. We all want to be happy and healthy and that’s why I write here. Happy and healthy can mean different things to different people so we don’t judge. Love lifting and hate cardio? I don’t care but I do care if you refer to people that love running as cardio bunnies. Love the elliptical but would never step foot in the weight room? Cool. Just don’t talk about lunk alarms.
Most of my posts are about running and training but I also write about travel, food, and sometimes fashion/make-up (although that one has been a while).
Runs on Espresso has had several facelifts and adjustments over the year. It started as a fashion blog (heel-aholic) then went into lifestyle (her life most ordinary) and then slowly morphed into what it is today. It’s been a long journey but Runs on Espresso seems to be the best fit for who I am and what I want to share with the world.

I’m Jenna. I am a creative soul with an analytical brain.
By day I do HR. On nights and weekends, I do landscape photography. I want to be the next Ansel Adams. I love painting, drawing, and reading. Each year I try to read at least 52 books (one per week).
Besides running, I love to hike and be outdoors. I love to travel and explore new places. We want to visit every NHL Arena, MLB Stadium, and National Park/Monument. It’s a big list!
