Coventry SS19 Fashion & Beauty Press Day

Almost a month ago I got the chance to go to the SS19 Fashion & Beauty Press Day in Coventry and it was so much fun! I’d booked the day of work especially for the event, which in turn was also the day I found out I’d been offered my new job! Definitely a day for celebrating! The event was organised by Coventry Bid, who partnered up with Emily who runs Coventry Bloggers (and also her blog The Emily Chapters). Me and Amy (Writing into the Ether) decided to meet up before the event to go for something to eat and then head to the event together

April Wish List ’19

I’m glad to be fair as I rather like 2019 but all the same, I would like time to slow down a tad. I’ve only been posting once a week at the moment and that’s upsetting me to be honest as I don’t like not investing into my blog, but I’ve just been too busy or too tired to do so. I really love this dress, it’s gorgeous and I would really like to have it for my new job due to that! 😛 I haven’t been able to find it in store due to the fact it’s on sale but online it’s still available in my size and in my mind, a decent price.

March Favourites ’19

It’s heavily 90’s grunge music and to coincide with that It’s such a sad song with it’s lyrics, but it’s such a lovely song all the same due to the catchy tune etc. It’s such an amazing collaboration and it’s fast turned into my favourite song. As I’ve said various times on my blog lately, March was a crazy month and as much as I loved it, I’m really glad for a new month due to how crazy it was.

Why Being Burnt Out In March Was Worth It

March has been the busiest time for my blog in possibly forever as well as in my personal life so with both of those being constantly changing and on the go, I’ve mentally drained myself and for two weeks during March I was actually poorly due to nerves… I’ve just been too busy to do this many posts in March, but I’m already hopeful that April won’t be this way. March was really busy for me with blogging events and opportunities and I’m so thankful for that! This being said I know for a fact I’ll see them outside of work and due to that I’m not entirely sad.
