They literally watch every move, sentence, feeling, emotion. I'm simply changing the cycle that has been a norm for so long. I am taking the time to help them learn what each emotion is and how to understand what we feel. I firmly believe that taking this time now will help our relationship once they hit adulthood, the relationships they develop along the way. I strongly believe that my mental health could be better had I been sat down and spent time talking about my feelings and had a safe place to simply, talk. It starts with us as parents and how we react to our daily life. Are we figuring out why our children are behaving differently. Are we saying "straighten up" or asking "hey what's up anything you want to talk about?"
