Hello! I am a Celiac Advocate and Founder of Baltimore Gluten Free, an online and in person gluten free community for those in Baltimore and beyond.
I connect with my community by hosting a daily podcast: the Gluten Free News, available on smart speakers like Alexa , Google Home and wherever you listen to podcasts.
As the parent of a child with Celiac Disease and gluten free, I understand the challenges that come with living gluten free for medical reasons. As a Health Educator, I'm passionate about connecting people to vetted information and resources to make those challenges easier.
I frequently work with the University of Maryland Celiac Center and lead two dynamic support groups. Cel-Kids is an activity-based support group for kids living with celiac disease and their families, and the Baltimore Gluten Free Meet Up Group, a social group for adults.
I love to connect with my engaged community by posting regularly on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
